In the early s, Mark Attwood was intrigued by the concept of limited edition artists' books that were a collection of work by a "randomly" selected group of artists. Whilst studying at Tamarind he put together a book titled "Another day in Paradise". On returning to South Africa and after setting up The Artists' Press he fell into conversation with Wayne Barker and Robert Weinek who had opened a gallery space in the centre of Johannesburg in a collapsing building. Way ahead of their time, the space held a number of pioneering exhibitions, exhibiting among others William Kentridge and Steven Cohen. It was decided to do an artists book titled GIF Fig spelt backwards and a play on the street slang word gif, which means poison in Afrikaans. In my experience, life-long member, many Mormons have difficulty thinking outside the box, and putting forth effort to inclue and love. Now the Pew survey only took into account self-identification, i. But the loneliness and the hours ER shifts are taken everything I had left in me. I love my husband so much, but 40 years of loneliness has been more than difficult. It is not easy for a nonmember spouse to understand a three hour worship block plus callings etc.
So I want to know, if you woud have been given the option to take a totally different path and have a fresh start, would you have taken it?.
